The lead time begins when you have agreed the details of your order via the secure link and after telephone confirmation with our office. When you have confirmed your order, we will send you our invoice and an email to confirm that production is commencing. Please contact us immediately if for some reason you do not receive this.
We will email and/or phone you to confirm the shipping date.
All orders for delivery in the UK mainland and Scotland are delivered by our own vans. We will email and/or phone you to confirm the shipping date.

Once your shutters have been despatched you should receive them in 1 – 3 working days.

Our shutters are custom-built to order and ready to fit. This means that the delivery time will be 10 -12 weeks from the point at which you confirm your order by phone. We cannot be more precise than this because no order will be shipped until the shutters are perfect. For more details, please check out our delivery information page for more details.
Your shutters are custom-built to order and designed for your individual windows. This means that once you have accepted, checked, and confirmed your order by phone and email you cannot cancel it. Our team will take the greatest care to ensure that you are totally happy with your order before sending you the confirmation email and commencing work on your shutters.
One of our Shutter Experts will call you by phone within 48 hours to check your order and answer any questions you may have. When you have confirmed that everything meets with your approval, they will send you an email with a secure link for you to accept and confirm your order. After you have confirmed acceptance of your order, we will commence building your shutters.
